This role is with Energy Services division. We are looking for colleague with a high-attention-to-detail to efficiently and effectively support a Senior Project Manager and manage the schedules and administration of various projects. At FSM, we believe life is too short not to enjoy our work and one another. Our team needs someone who enjoys and is effective at being “master of this domain.” This job includes supporting the Senior Project Manager while assuming responsibility for and optimizing streamlined efficiencies to ensure consistent client communications, high quality deliverables, and on-schedule team performance. This job can be full-time or part-time.

Skills/Education
  • A high attention to detail and quality control with effective leadership in the role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including documentation and reporting
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in creating and/or managing standardized documents/templates
  • Ability to work independently, establish and meet project goals and schedules
  • Experience in operations management/administration is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Math Science is a plus

Job Responsibilities (examples)
  • Managing standardized project processes and communications (including real time project management dashboards)
  • Program/Process management support (schedule/budget/client rapport)
  • Project budget management support
  • Quality control for client deliverables: Template and format management, editorial management, etc.
  • Office Administration Standardization: Support standardized procedures and file structures to support administration and operating efficiencies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
